Payment processing is handled through Kajabi Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Afterpay installment options, depending on the user’s selection at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Alignment Effect and its payment processors to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

Failure to complete payment plans or chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause may result in:

• Suspension of course access.

• Termination of membership or coaching services.

• Reporting to relevant payment processors and potential collection proceedings.

Coaching Disclaimer

The Alignment Effect offers coaching and educational programs designed for personal and professional development. The Services provided are not intended to substitute for:

• Medical advice or mental health treatment.

• Financial, legal, or investment advice.

• Therapy, counseling, or clinical diagnosis.

While our coaching programs aim to facilitate growth, clarity, and improved personal or professional outcomes, all decisions and actions taken by clients are solely their responsibility.

Alignment Effect does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for any outcomes arising from coaching sessions, program participation, or application of the material provided.

By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results.

Course Access and Availability

When you purchase a course or coaching program from Alignment Effect:

• You are granted lifetime access to the purchased materials, courses, and digital content, unless otherwise specified.

• Access to live events, replays, or pop-up sessions may be time-limited at the discretion of Alignment Effect.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content without prior notice, provided that such updates do not materially diminish your purchased access.

Any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to redistribution of content, harassment of other participants, or unethical behavior, will result in immediate termination of access to all Alignment Effect Services without refund.
